Straight answers before you start.

What counts as an active property?+

A property counts when its owner route is active or it has current/future booking activity. Archived properties do not count. We’ll confirm how properties are counted in your service terms before you subscribe.

Do owners, cleaners or staff pay?+

No. Every plan includes unlimited cleaners and staff. Pricing is based on active properties, not on owners, cleaners, staff members, bookings or ordinary uploads.

Is there a free plan?+

Yes. After the trial, a workspace with up to 2 active properties can keep using Changeover Master with no card and no subscription. That includes the changeover diary, calendar sync and cleaner tools. With more than 2 properties, the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a paid plan.

What is included in the free trial?+

You get 30 days with your whole portfolio. There is no property cap during the trial. Explore the example diary, add your properties and paste booking lists. No payment card is required and the trial never charges you automatically. File uploads are paused for new online workspaces. Afterwards, up to 2 properties stay free.

What if we are seasonal?+

Can we pay annually?+

Yes. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price, paid upfront for 12 months: Starter £190, Plus £390, Growth £690 and Pro £1,290. Every annual plan includes free done-for-you onboarding: we set up your properties, calendars and cleaners. Monthly plans can add that setup from £199.

What if we look after more than 100 properties?+

Get in touch for a tailored price. The published plans stop at Pro, which covers up to 100 active properties.
