How it works

From owner booking mess
to one trusted diary.

Owners can use a private link, send booking email or optionally connect an iCal feed. Clear bookings reach your diary automatically, and anything uncertain is flagged for your team to check.

01

For the owner

Use the route that fits.

Give each owner a private portal link and each property its own booking email. If their booking system provides an iCal feed, they can connect that too—or keep using the other routes without it.

  • Send bookings without an account or app
  • Forward email directly to the correct property
  • Optionally sync a live iCal calendar

For the office

Check the changeover before the diary relies on it.

Clear bookings are added automatically. Uncertain dates and requested changes stay in your inbox with the original message or file, so you can confirm the right details.

  • Dates are shown in a consistent format
  • Unclear dates are flagged for your attention
  • Source and submission reference stay attached

For the cleaning team

Work from the master view.

Use a daily view for today’s work, a weekly view for capacity and a monthly view for what is coming next. Name one cleaner on each changeover from that same view.

  • Status and exceptions stay visible
  • One cleaner on each changeover
  • Calendar export is available

For the cleaner

Hand them the job on the phone they already have.

Each cleaner has a private link. They open it on their phone, with no login and no app, and see only the changeovers you assigned to them. The address, the check-out, the next check-in and the access notes are on the job. They tick the checklist there, and they can add a photo of the finished clean. They can also report a problem with the property.

  • You copy the link and pass it on
  • One checklist for the workspace, or the property’s own
  • The changeover shows the count, such as 8 of 12
  • The photos stay private, with the count and the pictures on the changeover

Back in the diary

See the problem on the changeover.

The cleaner chooses damage, missing or low supplies, maintenance, cleanliness or guest mess, or other, and writes a note of up to 400 characters. They can add up to six private photos. The diary, the month and the next seven days show a flag, such as 1 open problem. Open the booking to read it. An owner or manager marks it resolved, and can add a note. Nothing is emailed.

  • The flag sits on the changeover, such as 1 open problem
  • Up to six private photos can sit with the note
  • Nothing is emailed

For the account owner

Get a Clean done email.

When the cleaner marks the clean done, the account owner for that workspace gets one short email. It names the property, the cleaner and the time. It includes the checklist count, the photo count and any open problems. The pictures are not attached. A link opens the changeover. An account owner can turn these emails off on the Cleaners page.

  • The checklist count, the photo count and open problems are included

For the account owner

See At risk before the next guests arrive.

The account owner for that workspace gets one email for each reason. If a clean has not been marked done by a cutoff before the next check-in, that is one reason. The cutoff is 2 hours before check-in, and an account owner can change it on the Cleaners page, from 30 minutes to 12 hours. If today’s changeover has no cleaner assigned, that is the other reason. The diary and the booking page show At risk before check-in, and Late once that time has passed. An account owner can turn these emails off on the Cleaners page.

  • One email for each reason, on that changeover
  • The cutoff is 2 hours before check-in, or from 30 minutes to 12 hours
  • At risk and Late show on the diary and the booking page
  • An account owner can turn these emails off on the Cleaners page

Fits the way you work

Keep your bookings and cleaning diary connected.

Keep the booking tools your owners already use. Private-link submissions, booking email and optional iCal feeds come together without forcing every owner into the same process. Your team still gets one place to plan the next changeover, the person doing the clean gets that job on their phone, you can open the photos of the finished rooms, an open problem stays on the changeover until an owner or manager resolves it, the account owner for that workspace can get a Clean done email when the clean is marked done, and At risk or Late shows if the clean may miss the next check-in.
